We’re currently growing an email personalization platform used by thousands of companies—from global brands to fast-moving startups—to add dynamic elements like timers, polls, personalized images, and more into their emails. The platform is profitable, growing, and we’re constantly shipping new features to expand what’s possible with email.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-stack developer who’s excited about building new things and using AI to move faster. This is a remote-first, full-time role where you’ll work closely with our small, fast-moving team to expand our feature set and help improve the developer experience.

You’ll be building end-to-end: from scoping features to shipping production code. You’ll have real ownership over the tech you build—from scoping and architecture to shipping and maintaining production features.

What You’ll Work On

In your first few months, you might:

• Build out new widgets like image personalization and real-time weather integrations
• Extend our Shopify App with new payment options and custom functionality
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and refine existing tools

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficient with React, Ruby on Rails, and AWS
• Comfortable and curious using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf) to assist your workflow
• Solid experience building and shipping SaaS products
• Strong communication skills in English
• Startup mindset: you’re self-directed and enjoy working in small, focused teams.
